Located on 13,000 acres of lowland jungle habitat adjacent to 1.3 million acres of protected rainforests and ecosystem, the Belize Lodge and Excursion is Belize's first safari expedition and adventure vacations circuit. The complete experience includes 4 exotic, all-inclusive lodges each in a distinctive habitat reached by water on a 19 mile adventure circuit.
The activities at each location can be customized to meet the activity level of each guest including exploring Mayan ruins and caves, wandering nature trails on foot or on electric safari carts, watching over 400 species of exotic birds and other wildlife, visiting an animal rescue enter, or simply luxuriating in having no agenda. 
The adventure begins at Indian Creek Lodge and continues to Ballum Na (House of the Jaguar) where the preserve's two resident cats have pride of place. Next travel by boat through the jungle down the river to reach Jungle Camp Lodge, the most remote of the four destinations. The final stop is Moho Cay where the river meets the Caribbean. Explore the barrier reef, swim, snorkel, or simply relax while pondering the merging of sand, sky and sea on your own private island. A castaway never had it so good. 
To complement the adventure vacation experience, each location features five star accommodations with sumptuous rooms and suites, a staff ratio of four to one, and private chefs who serve classically prepared meals and native ingredients on fine bone china. After dining, select a fine cigar from the humidor, indulge in a cognac or cocoa cocktail and listen to the cicada sing. You will understand what it is like to be in paradise.
